What do I need to know about the 30-day trial?
You can use Looxii Basic or Pro keywords free of charge for your first 30 days as a Looxii account holder. If you cancel your account within 30 days of signing up or downgrade to Looxii Lite you won’t be charged a thing.
Do upgrades or new keywords have a free trial?
The 30-day free trial applies only to your first 30 days as a Looxii account holder (we start counting the day you signup for an account). After your first 30 days, you will be charged for upgrades or additional keywords the moment you save them and once every subsequent monthly billing cycle.
How do I change my account status?
You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at anytime by going to your settings page. Just know that if you have more than two keywords and downgrade to Lite, you will have to delete all but two keywords.
What payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (USA only) and Discover.
